Refunds and Returns

I stand behind my products. Your satisfaction with them is important to me. However, because my products are digital goods delivered via internet download, they are not returnable. I generally do not offer refunds.

If you change your mind about your purchase and have not downloaded the product, I will happily issue a refund upon request.

Refund requests made after you have downloaded the product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at my sole discretion.

Refund requests, if any, for digital projects from the shop must be made within (30) days of your original purchase.

90 Days to a Profitable Nonprofit course comes with a 100% 30-day refund. Customers must complete at least the first 3 modules (watch, at minimum, the module lectures, completed the growth work, and complete all three case studies) to demonstrate good faith effort.

The platform tracks each participant’s activity.
